Nailed It JR: “Let’s Taco Bout It” – August 5th @ 10AM
$60.00 – $160.00
Young Bakers with minimum training take a crack at re-creating edible masterpieces for fun prizes. It’s part reality contest, part hot mess.
Our Nailed It Jr. classes are inspired by the popular Netflix reality show, Nailed it! which was created based on the craze of people trying and failing to make elaborate cakes they found on the Internet. Our amateur bakers will attempt to re-create edible masterpieces for prizes and the Nailed It! bragging rights. Competitors will take part in two challenges over the course of the 3 hour class; their efforts will be judged by co-hosts Ms. Bailey and Ms. Myah.
The first challenge is called “Baker’s Choice”, where the contestants recreate a “simple” confectionary treat. . The winner of this challenge gets to inflict a punishment on the other contestants during round two.
In the second challenge, “Nail It or Fail It”, contestants will recreate a complicated cake or treat. They each receive a “Panic Button” which allows them to get assistance from one of the judges. The judges decide on the winning cake based upon presentation. The winner receives a a fun prize and bragging rights!
Please note that our chefs will work in teams of 2-3 for this class. If you are signing up with a friend, let me know in the notes on the checkout page if you would like to be on the same team!
WE HAVE NEW PRICING FOR FAMILIES PAYING FOR MULTIPLE CHEFS!!! Please only use the special pricing if you are signing up children from the same family. Thank you!
